Our flagship location at Blue Tree Phuket will serve as the pilot and signature store for the Asian market. We are committed to delivering the highest standards in service quality, customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth.
Over the next five years, we plan to establish up to 25 Cryopoint locations throughout Thailand through a franchise system. The Phuket location will serve as the benchmark operation for future franchise partners and play a central role in the development of the brand across Southeast Asia.
For this exciting growth phase, we are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Store Manager who will not only oversee daily operations but also contribute to the development of localized operational standards for an international premium longevity brand.

Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in fitness, health, wellness, longevity, spa, or related service industries.
- Alternatively, experience in hospitality, tourism, or premium customer service environments.
- Strong interest in health, recovery, biohacking, and modern longevity concepts.
- Passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team leadership, motivation, and employee development.
- Professional appearance and confident communication skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to operational excellence.
- Hands-on attitude with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Excellent Thai and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Interest in building a long-term career within a growing international franchise organization.
