Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and training.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
