Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or hotel engineering.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
