1.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2.Certification: Must hold a valid Professional Safety Officer License (e.g., จป. วิชาชีพ in Thailand).
3.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in retail, hotels, or large-scale property management.
4.Strong knowledge of Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems.
5.Excellent communication skills (English and local language).
6.Proficiency in accident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA).
7.Ability to remain calm and lead during crisis situations.
8.Shift work may be required (to monitor night-time maintenance).
9.Frequent walking and standing during mall inspections.
10.Occasional exposure to construction sites or mechanical rooms.
11.Attention to Detail: Noticing a loose handrail or a small leak before it causes an accident.
12.Integrity: Reporting safety violations even when it is inconvenient for operations.
13.Proactive Thinking: Anticipating risks during high-traffic holiday seasons or mall events.
