Vikasa is proud to announce the opening of our new private island retreat in Phuket, scheduled for mid-2026. Building on our growth since launching in Koh Samui in 2011, this second location set on a secluded island near Rawai marks an exciting new chapter for our brand.
Renowned for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, Phuket offers a unique blend of dynamic energy and serene natural beauty. Our new retreat will focus on immersive wellness programs and transformational guest experiences in a truly exceptional setting.

ตำแหน่ง : Assistant IT Manager
- Language: Fluent Thai and Proficient English are mandatory. You must be able to communicate complex technical issues to international guests and coordinate with global software support teams.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Hotel IT, with at least 2 years at a Senior Technician or Assistant Manager level. Experience in a standalone or remote island role is highly preferred.
- Technical: Expert knowledge of Windows/Server environments, networking (Cisco/Ubiquiti), and hotel-specific software (Opera, Micros, etc.).
- Autonomy: Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot high-pressure technical failures without immediate supervision.
