A Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, manages floor staff, and ensures high standards of guest service and health and safety compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Shift Management: Oversee service openings and closings, delegate tasks, and coordinate waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts.
• Customer Service: Welcome guests, manage reservations, handle special requests or food allergies, and resolve complaints quickly.
• Staff Leadership: Assist with training new team members, monitor performance, and support daily scheduling.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce food hygiene laws, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
• Administrative Support: Track point-of-sale (POS) data, monitor stock and inventory levels, and assist the Restaurant Manager
