They act as the primary point of contact for staff, resolve customer complaints, monitor performance metrics, and enforce company policies in the absence of the general manager.Core ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Oversee facilities, security, and the day-to-day workflow to guarantee efficient service delivery.Staff Management: Schedule shifts, train new hires, and monitor employee productivity to maintain a positive work environment.Customer Service: Handle escalated customer issues, respond to feedback, and implement service recovery frameworks.Health & Safety: Enforce security protocols, conduct routine inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Reporting: Track performance goals, monitor cash handling or revenue, and brief upper management on shift updates
