ตำแหน่ง : Sales Tour Counter Manager
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Travstore Travel is looking for an experienced and sales-driven Sales Tour Counter Manager to manage multiple tour counters located within partner hotels across Phuket.
The main focus of this role is to drive tour sales and revenue, manage and motivate counter sales teams, and build strong relationships with hotels, tour suppliers, and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor multiple hotel tour counters - across Phuket
- Drive tour sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Monitor sales performance of each counter and identify opportunities for growth
- Recruit, train, manage, and motivate tour counter sales staff
- Develop sales strategies, promotions, and incentives to increase bookings
- Build strong relationships with hotel management and hotel teams
- Coordinate and negotiate with tour suppliers and travel partners
- Source new tours, activities, and attractive deals for customers
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and tour information are accurate and competitive
- Visit tour counters regularly to monitor operations and support the team
- Prepare sales, performance, and revenue reports for management
Requirements
- Age 25–35 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism sales, travel agency, tour operations, hotel tour desks, or related fields
- Strong sales and revenue-driven mindset
- Experience managing or leading a sales team
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Thai and English
- Able to travel between hotel locations across Phuket
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Existing network with hotels, tour suppliers, or travel agents is an advantage
