Location: Phuket International Airport / Clinique La Prairie Phuket
Job Summary
The Airport Representative is responsible for providing a warm, professional, and seamless arrival and departure experience for guests at the airport. The role coordinates closely with the Front Office, Transportation, Concierge, and other operational teams to ensure timely airport assistance, accurate guest information, and smooth transportation arrangements in accordance with the Company’s service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or higher; a qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an Airport Representative, Bell, Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations, or Transportation role within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-minded, courteous, and able to create a positive first and last impression for guests.
- Good knowledge of Phuket International Airport, local transportation, and Phuket destinations is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Able to use mobile communication applications and basic computer systems.
- Flexible to work shifts, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays according to flight schedules and operational requirements.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
