KEY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Customer Perspective (Patient Experience & Service Excellence)
• Deliver professional, compassionate, and personalized patient care aligned with CLP hospitality standards.
• Educate and support patients regarding treatment plans, wellness programs, and post-treatment care.
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment flow, and overall patient journey to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct, communication, and behavior representing the CLP brand image and service standards.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in all guest interactions; adapt communication style and care approach to individual cultural backgrounds, preferences, and expectations — reflecting the international guest profile of CLP Phuket.



2. Internal Process Perspective (Clinical Care, Safety & Operations)
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver medical and wellness treatments according to CLP protocols and standards.
• Prepare patients/guests for consultations, examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Perform nursing procedures including venipuncture, specimen collection, ECG, vital sign monitoring, injections, IV therapy, medication administration, and patient observation.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly identify, report, and respond to abnormal signs, adverse reactions, incidents, or clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate, complete, confidential, and timely nursing documentation and medical records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, clinical quality, and healthcare regulations.
• Provide immediate nursing care and emergency response when required.
• Report operational issues, equipment malfunctions, incidents, and patient safety concerns to the Head Nurse in accordance with CLP policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical information in compliance with privacy and data protection standards.
• Support CLP longevity and wellness programs by assisting wellness specialists during program delivery, monitoring and documenting guest responses to wellness interventions, and coordinating seamlessly with the wellness team throughout each program cycle.
• Always safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality, in compliance with Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and CLP Privacy Policy.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CLP accreditation preparation activities as directed by the Head Nurse.
• Support SOP familiarization, clinical drills, and operational readiness preparation as directed by the Head Nurse.

3. Learning & Growth Perspective (People Development & Innovation)
• Participate in staff training, quality improvement initiatives, and CLP educational programs.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning, self-development, and professional growth.
• Develop competency in digital healthcare systems, medical technologies, and AI-supported clinical tools.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

4. Financial Perspective (Resource & Asset Management)
• Inspect, maintain, and ensure readiness of medical equipment, emergency carts, medications, consumables, and clinical areas.
• Support inventory control, medication storage, stock management, and operational readiness of the clinic.
• Utilize medical supplies and clinical resources appropriately and cost-effectively.
• Monitor consumable stock levels daily; record usage accurately in the inventory system and notify the Head Nurse proactively when stock approaches minimum threshold or when items are nearing expiry.


REQUIREMENTS
Education & Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher.
• Hold a valid and unexpired First-Class Professional Nursing and Midwifery License.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, wellness, aesthetic, preventive medicine, or luxury healthcare environments.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resort, integrative medicine, or premium healthcare services is highly preferred.
• Experience in IV therapy, health screening programs, and preventive care is an advantage.
