ลักษณะงาน

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง ขอบเขตที่ดิน และสภาพสิ่งปลูกสร้างจริง
- ถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอสภาพทรัพย์อย่างละเอียด พร้อมระบุจุดเด่น-จุดด้อย
- สำรวจราคาซื้อขายจริงในละแวกใกล้เคียง
- ตรวจสอบว่ามีผู้อยู่อาศัย (Occupant) หรือไม่ และประเมินความยากง่ายในการเจรจา
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลทรัพย์ (Survey Report) อย่างเป็นระบบ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ:
- มีทักษะการสังเกตและช่างสงสัย (Attention to Detail)
- มีวาทศิลป์ในการพูดคุยเพื่อสืบหาข้อมูลจากเพื่อนบ้านหรือนิติบุคคลในพื้นที่
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอสังหาฯ (เอเจนต์, ประเมินราคา หรือฝ่ายจัดหาทรัพย์) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจ "อสังหาริมทรัพย์"
- ชอบหาข้อมูล มีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือเช็คราคาทรัพย์ได้คล่องแคล่ว
- มีทักษะการขับรถและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษารัสเซีย และ ภาษาจีนได้ในระดับดี

คุณสมบัติ
- เพศ : หญิง เท่านั้น
- อายุ(ปี): 24 - 35 ปี
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป
