- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Sales & Marketing, and Administration teams
- Ensure compliance with Thai hospitality laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain hotel brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Foster a positive, guest-focused service culture and lead by example
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports for hotel ownership and senior management
- Develop and manage annual budgets, business plans, and revenue targets
- Control operating costs while maximizing profitability
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate department heads and hotel staff
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to increase occupancy, revenue, and market presence
- Build strong relationships with guests, business partners, suppliers, and local authorities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality continuously
