Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Social Security, payroll administration, taxation, and overall HR operations.
Proven experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, and HR policy implementation.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop an HR team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS or Payroll systems is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry will be considered an advantage.
