Chef de Partie is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards. The role assists in food preparation, menu development, inventory and asset control, while supporting team training and maintaining effective communication within the kitchen and other departments.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food storage practices.
- Knowledge of ingredients, seasonal products, and local suppliers.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation according to established standards.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
