ตำแหน่ง : Operations(Purchasing) Officer

*Key Responsibilities

-Handle procurement tasks such as sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, preparing PR/PO, and tracking deliveries
-Assist with school pre-opening setup, including office/facility readiness, equipment, inventories, and operational documents
-Support daily school operations, facilities coordination, transport, housekeeping, and campus services
-Prepare reports, meeting minutes, schedules, trackers, and administrative documents
-Ensure proper filing, documentation, compliance, and follow-up on permits, approvals, and operational requirements

**Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field
-2–5 years of experience in operations, -administration, procurement, or project support
-Experience in construction projects, schools, hotels, or large facilities is an advantage
-Good command of Thai and English
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
