Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience using Bplus (BPlus HR/Payroll) will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Thai labor law is an advantage.
