Inventory Control Manager - Phuket
(Demand Planning / Stock Control / Receiving Stock Accountabilities)

We are looking for a Phuket based skilled stock controller who has experience gained from within the HoReCa, Retail or F&B Industries.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover demand from BUs & customers.
* Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
* Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
* Receives, unpacks, quality checks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves and items as required.
* Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
* Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
* Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
* Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
* Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
* Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock.
* Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies team leaders of irregularities.
* Performs other regular routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
* Must be able to travel to work in the Srisunthorn Road area of Phuket.
* Open to Thai Nationals Only.


Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 3–5 years of experience in inventory management within the Food Services or FMCG industry.
* A strong command of English is a distinct advantage and fluency in Thai is essential.
* Familiarity with TallEmu systems are a plus, along with Microsoft Office software.
* Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
