- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Experience in hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of massage techniques, spa services, and wellness trends.
- Service-minded, professional, and able to work under pressure.
