- Experience in handling employee welfare programs, staff engagement, health & safety handling.
- Familiarity with labour law and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
- High level of empathy and confidentiality in dealing with staff issues.
