ตำแหน่ง : Assistant HR & Training Manager
Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources or training/L&D role.
Ability to build relationships, handle employee relations, and resolve conflicts.
Working knowledge of HR software (Eagle), time management systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Understanding of local labor laws, employment acts, and compliance standards.
Assessing staff training needs, planning workshops, and onboarding new hires.
Assisting with performance management, recruitment, and maintaining employee records.
Ensuring company policies align with current labor legislations and managing internal audits.
