Job Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee a specific section of the Thai kitchen operation.
* Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to the resort’s standards.
* Ensure high quality of food presentation, taste, and consistency to maintain guest satisfaction.
* Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams for smooth operations.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the working area at all times.
* Control food quality, stock usage, and kitchen organization within assigned station.
* Follow safety and sanitation standards strictly.

Preferred Skills
* Good understanding of Thai ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Ability to maintain consistent food quality during busy operations.

Able to communicate in basic English.
