Role Summary:
This senior role is being created as part of a strategic restructure to strengthen our core business functions and better support the growth of our key verticals: Slice to You, Pick Up and Go, and Products. It is designed for someone with a strong operational background who will now lead sourcing, procurement integrity, cost control, and stock accountability across all areas of the business.

While not hands-on in daily outlet or kitchen operations, the role is deeply connected to operational success by ensuring our central kitchen, outlets, and verticals are properly supported. This role will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and CEO and will also play a critical part in the launch and scaling of our new production facility, product development, and outlet expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Procurement:

Lead sourcing for core ingredients, packaging, equipment, and strategic business needs

Support product development by sourcing and coordinating materials for trials and launches

Conduct supplier audits, pricing reviews, and manage the approved vendor list

Handle procurement planning for CAPEX items in collaboration with Finance and CEO

Ensure clear documentation and alignment with control systems

Stock Control & Cost Management:

Manage stock levels across the central kitchen, outlets, and warehouse locations

Oversee scheduled and spot stocktakes with clear variance reporting

Monitor waste, yield, and cost per unit, ensuring alignment with target margins

Maintain inventory logs and dashboards for reporting and review

Collaborate on pricing, menu costing, and margin enhancement

Cross-functional Business Support:

Work closely with Finance and CEO on budget control, reporting, and operational planning

Provide cost control and purchasing support across Slice to You, Pick Up and Go, and Products

Support SDOP implementation, control protocols, and audit readiness

Participate in special projects and business planning tasks as assigned by the CEO

Champion a culture of accountability and disciplined growth

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3–5 years in a senior F&B operations, supply chain, or procurement role

Strong financial understanding and business acumen

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and relevant procurement/inventory systems

Experience working in central kitchens, multi-site operations, or commissary models

Skilled in supplier management, cost negotiation, and quality control

Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments
