New art gallery in Phuket is looking for a Gallery Manager to set up and manage a gallery, to plan and implement marketing and PR, to collaborate with artists, to welcome and assist visitors online and offline, to perform and control purchases.

Key Responsibilities
Gallery set up and managing
Engage and collaborate with artists, arrange paintings and gallery loyalties out
Participate with daily marketing and social presence: instagram, facebook etc
Collaborate with designers, property management companies etc
Ensure cleanliness and maintain a professional atmosphere in the gallery space.
Greet guests and clients; introduce them to the exhibitions, featured artists and recommend paintings for purchase.
Artwork Knowledge & Sales
Engage with visitors, provide recommendations, and close sales.
Study and understand the artworks on display, including artists' backgrounds and pricing.
Achieve sales targets and record customer information in the system.
Administrative & Inventory Support
Update daily sales records, visitor counts, and stock levels.
Prepare sales documents and coordinate with both internal teams and external partners.
Exhibition & Event Coordination
Assist with exhibition setup and event preparations.
Coordinate artist talks, collector previews, and private viewings—including sending invitations, preparing refreshments, and collecting guest feedback.
Marketing & Promotion
Maintain gallery`s website, social media pages, like Facebook, instagram, TikTok etc
Publish information about current promotions and upcoming exhibitions and events
Create photos, videos and visual posts

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (background in Art or Marketing is a plus).
Required:
Passion for contemporary art and the ability to explain artworks in an easy-to-understand way.
Experience in customer service or sales, particularly in luxury, lifestyle, or gallery environments.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Flexible with working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred:
Familiar with POS or CRM systems.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Able to create short video clips and basic social media content.
Thai nationality only
Driving license and own car.
