Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve project sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
- Manage customer relationships and provide consultation throughout the sales journey
- Coordinate with internal departments, including developers, marketing, and construction teams
- Report directly to top management with market insights and sales progress

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-end villas or luxury properties
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Required)
- English proficiency certifications (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS) are a strong advantage
- Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented personality
