ตำแหน่ง : General Affairs & Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly reliable and discreet General Affairs & Administrative Coordinator to oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions, supporting both local and expatriate staff. The ideal candidate is a Thai national with strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a deep respect for confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• HR & Onboarding Support:
Assist with employee onboarding, travel and accommodation arrangements, and administrative tasks.

• Visa & Work Permit Coordination:
Arrange visa and work permit applications and renewals for foreign staff, liaising with relevant government offices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, courier handling, general maintenance, and upkeep of the workspace.

• Licenses & Permits:
Handle company registrations, license renewals, and ensure timely compliance with local government regulations.

• Facilities & Vendor Management:
Coordinate with landlords, utility providers, and third-party service vendors (cleaning, copier, water delivery, etc.).

• Company Vehicles:
Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles.

• Health & Safety:
Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintained.

• Group Company Support:
Coordinate and support group companies on general administrative matters and align procedures where applicable.

• Confidentiality & Compliance:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive company or employee information. Handle all data, documentation, and correspondence with utmost care and discretion.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Thailand
• Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal) is essential due to the nature of cross-border coordination and official documentation.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in general affairs, administration, or HR support
• Experience handling visa and work permit processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Absolute commitment to confidentiality and discretion
