Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Bangla Boxing Stadium (Patong, Phuket, Thailand)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote boxing events, tickets, merchandise, and stadium initiatives.
• Manage all digital marketing channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube), email marketing, and website content.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including press releases, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and video content.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand reach and revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the stadium.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success, preferably in sports, entertainment, or live events.
• Demonstrable experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for boxing or combat sports is highly desirable.
