What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the pizzeria

Manage and train front-of-house and kitchen staff

Ensure very high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Handle scheduling, and team performance

Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in restaurant or food service management (pizza experience a big plus!)

A degree or certificate in cooking, baking or hospitality

Strong leadership and communication skills

Hands-on, solution-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control

Food safety certification preferred

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
