Responsibilities
1.Engage & Inspire: Greet and interact with walk-in customers, architects, and designers, understanding their needs and
introducing them to our premium Italian kitchen collections and high-performance appliances.
2.Storyteller of Design: Articulate unique craftsmanship and innovation of STOSA Kitchens and FOSTER Appliances,
connecting products with customers' lifestyles and preferences.
3.Sales Excellence: Lead customers through the sales journey, from consultation to closing, ensung an exceptional and
personalized experience.
4.Showroom Elegance: Maintain the showroom's sophisticated ambiance, ensuring every detail reflects the luxury of the
brands.
5.Mutlingual Confdence: Converse fluentty in Engish and Thai is a plus! to cater to our diverse customer base, ing
expats and international visitors.
6.Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, logistics, and after-sales teams to guarantee smooth order processes
and customer satisfaction.
7.Sales Growth: Achieve individual and team sales targets, while identifving and pursuing new sales opportunities.
**Knowledge & Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree: in business is plus (but not required!)
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English (Thai or other languages is a plus).
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in retall or lury sales, preferably in furmiture, kitchens, appliances.
- Passion for Design: A keen eye for style, functionality, and modern living spaces.
- Customer-Centric: Enthusiastic about delivening outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
- Tech-Savy: Comfortable using CRIMI systems, emall communication, and basic design software (traing provided).
- Self-Driven & Dynamic: A proactive individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skils.
