Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of financial management experience, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment sectors.
-Strong knowledge of hospitality-specific financial metrics (RevPASH, labor cost %, prime cost, etc.).
-Proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
-Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or hospitality-specific systems like M3, Micros, etc.).
-Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
-High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
