Partner Onboarding Manager:

-Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify and target potential service partners through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
-Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Explain proposition value, product offerings, and partnership benefits to potential service providers
-Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners (technicians/cleaners/landscapers), from document verification to account setup.
-Account Activation: Ensure partners are fully activated and ready to begin transacting on the platform.
-Support & Troubleshooting: Address partner queries and provide basic technical support during onboarding to ensure a smooth setup experience.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, customer service, or onboarding roles. - -Experience with marketplaces or super apps is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills in Thai and must speak conversational English.
-Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile apps and CRM systems.
-High attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
