URGENT HIRING - VILLA CONCIERGE

Jetta Holiday is looking for a concierge to join our holiday villa management team, mainly based in Rawai, Phuket. Immediate start preferred.

Main duties:
- Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs.
- Show guests around the villa and explain how everything works.
- Assist guests with questions and requests throughout their stay.
- Arrange transfers, excursions and additional services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Inspect villas before arrivals and after departures.
- Keep track of security deposits, electricity readings and booking information.

Requirements:
- Reliable, organised, friendly and proactive, with a strong sense of customer service.
- English is required to communicate with our international guests.
- Experience in hospitality, concierge services or villa management is a plus.
- Burmese applicants are also welcome.

Accommodation can be provided.
Salary based on skills and experience.
