Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (Thai or French is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of Airbnb or short-term rental platforms is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Drive); Canva knowledge is a plus
- Driving license or ability to drive a motorbike or samlo is a plus
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Sales experience or real estate background is a strong asset
