Turn BOA's biggest nights into content nobody can scroll past...

Picture this: the bass drops, the lights hit differently, and the whole room moves as one.

That's a normal night at BOA — our house music club built around huge sets, buzzing energy and nights people are still talking about on Monday.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely obsessed with this world. You know the difference between a warm-up set and a closing set. You've got opinions on who's worth the hype right now. And given the choice, you'd probably rather be on the dance floor than anywhere else on a Saturday night.

As Marketing & Content Coordinator, you'll report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a hands-on role in bringing BOA's brand, events and nightlife culture to life across social media and other marketing channels.

We're looking for a curious, adaptable mind who's never short of a new idea. Someone who knows how to turn the energy of BOA into content that makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll do

- Generate original concepts to promote BOA from social-first video ideas and event teasers to visual content, campaigns and blog articles.

- Turn nightlife moments, events, DJ sets, parties and everything that happens around them into compelling content that captures what BOA actually feels like.

- Keep your finger on the pulse of nightlife, music, creators and social trends. Spot opportunities early and bring fresh ideas to the team before everyone else is doing them.

- Help plan and maintain BOA's content calendar, making sure upcoming events, DJs, campaigns and key moments are supported with the right content at the right time.

- Help grow BOA's presence across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. Create and publish content that feels native to each channel, rather than simply posting the same thing everywhere.

- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, DJs, artists, events team and wider BOA team to plan content around upcoming nights and shows.

- Track engagement and content performance, understand what's resonating with the audience and use those insights to improve what we do next.

What you'll bring

- Nightlife-obsessed. You know your DJs, your genres and your scene — and you know who's actually worth the hype right now. This world isn't research for you; it's your Saturday night.

- You're full of ideas and don't need someone to hand you a brief for every piece of content. You see content opportunities everywhere.

- You're always asking "what if?" and "why not?" You naturally look for new ways to make people stop, watch and engage.

- You understand social media because you genuinely use it. You know what makes people stop scrolling, share, comment and come back for more.

- You're naturally plugged into what's happening in music, nightlife, culture and social media. You don't need to be told what's currently relevant — you're already seeing it.

- Things change quickly in nightlife. Plans can change, opportunities can appear out of nowhere and the best content isn't always the content you planned that morning. You're comfortable thinking on your feet.

- You're confident writing captions, social copy and longer-form content such as blog articles. You know how to communicate an idea clearly and make people want to read it.

- You're proactive, organised and comfortable taking an idea from "I've got an idea..." through to actually making it happen.

- You'll be creating, writing and publishing content in English, so strong written and spoken English is essential.

Bonus points

- Experience creating video, photography or design for social media, events or promotional content would be a big plus, whether that's shooting and editing Reels and TikToks, capturing events and DJs, or creating social graphics and artwork.

- Working pattern is Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.

- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week).

- A mix of office-based work at Royal Phuket Marina and time at BOA nightclub.
