Marine Technician (Marine Technician) ???? Location: Elite Charters, Phuket Yacht Haven ????‍ ✈️ Report to: Branch/Area Manager (Base Manager)

If you have a passion for marine work, have skills in engines, electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC, and want to work with a professional team in the yacht industry, this is your chance!
???? Your roles and duties:
✅ Inspect, maintain and repair yachts ready for service rental. ✅ Plan and repair engines, electrical systems, navigation systems and other equipment. ✅ Check the safety of the boat before departure/service. ✅ Solve technical problems that may occur during rental services to reduce the emergency repair notification rate. ✅ Provide technical advice to customers about using the boat before departure and check the boat after returning to the shore/ providing rental services. ✅ Record maintenance data and manage spare parts stock for use. ✅ Provide technical assistance to customers and staff, including emergency communication outside of working hours if necessary.
???? Qualifications we are looking for:
✔ Experience in ship technicians or in the marine industry ✔ Knowledge of boat engines, electrical systems, plumbing systems and HVAC. ✔ If there is a diploma or certificate in maritime technology, it will be considered special. ✔ Able to communicate in English (will be considered an advantage) ✔ Have problem-solving skills and can work well under pressure. ✔ Pay attention to details and focus on safety. ✔ Able to work as a team and have a positive attitude towards customer service. ✔ Flexible working hours including holidays and public holidays.
