Qualifications – Reservation Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or related operations
Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is an advantage
Good knowledge of reservation systems such as Opera PMS, SynXis, or other hotel PMS systems
Experience handling bookings through online travel agencies (OTA) such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage occupancy, forecasting, and revenue-related reports
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Leadership ability with experience managing, coaching, and developing team members
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and reporting systems
