Minimum 2 years’ experience in guest service/front office; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Familiar with PMS/Front Office systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
Service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable to guest needs.
