Job Title: Marketing Representative
Reporting to: Sales Manager / Group Director of Sales / Director of Operations

Marketing at the booth in Jungceylon, Patong Phuket

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet & greet and lead generation
• Completing and filing surveys
• Sharing high-level real estate information with leads
• Sharing survey information with the sales manager
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or company leadership to support the overall marketing strategy and business goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing software or tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media).
• Ability to travel for events and client meetings, if necessary.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
