Job Summary

Oak Meadow International School is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the school’s marketing, communications, and branding strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the development of marketing campaigns, digital content, partnerships, and public relations initiatives to increase student enrollment and enhance the school’s visibility locally and internationally.

***Key Responsibilities***

- Develop and implement the school’s overall marketing and communication strategy.

- Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns (online and offline) to achieve enrollment targets.

- Lead the creation of high-quality promotional materials, social media content, and advertising assets.

- Manage the school’s digital presence, including website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

- Build and maintain relationships with educational agencies, local media, and community partners.

- Organize and promote school events, open houses, and community outreach activities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor and report marketing performance metrics to the School Management.

- Supervise and support the Marketing Team (graphic designer, content creator, photographer, etc.) to ensure consistent brand communication.

***Qualifications***

- Thai citizen or Expat

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing management (experience in the education or hospitality industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategies.

- Excellent communication skills in English (Thai and Chinese are an advantage).

- Creative mindset, with ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

- Leadership, teamwork, and a passion for education are essential.
