Accountant and Office Manager/Admin, Thai national, is needed for a well-established residential property development. Experienced in real estate transactions, good written and spoken English.
Major responsibilities: performing the day-to-day office operations, keeping company documents in order, suppliers and contractors, issuing invoices and making bank payments, keeping transactions records and reporting them to the company director, sending financial info and documents to the accountants, arranging for office supplies etc.
Previous experience in basic financial operations and accounting, proficiency in using related computer software is required.
