We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Office Manager
Application Criteria:
* Koh Samui based
* Native/Fluent Thai & English language
* Sales & Marketing
* Customer Service
* 5 star hotel or tour agency experience is preferred
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Note: with training and assistance from manager for all day to day tasks
1.) Contact with boat owners, managers and crew
2.) Logging new inquiries
3.) Respond to client questions and requests
4.) Following up inquiries
5.) Invoice clients
6.) Collect client payments
7.) Arrange clients car transfers, pier fees, food and drinks, chef, cocktail bartenders, DJ, equipment, transfers, decorations, cakes etc
8.) File receipts and update booking details
9.) Visit clients at hotels/villas
10.) Meet and greet clients at the pier
11.) Request client feedback and respond to reviews
12.) Update social media posts and messages
13.) Contact with agencies, hotels and villas
14.) Regular inspections of boats and tours
Please note:
* Salary offer will be in relation to current salary, your experience, skills and abilities*
* Commission and bonus are available following 6 month training *
* 1 day off per week / 2 weeks paid annual leave after 6 months training *
