Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the Reception & Hostess team and daily operations.
- Prepare staff schedules according to business needs, guest volume, and seasonal demand.
- Manage reservations, table allocation, VIP areas, and beach beds to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Welcome and assist VIPs, Members, Bloggers/Influencers, and walk-in guests professionally.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with F&B and Security teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Train and coach staff on SOPs, service standards, grooming, and communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports and maintain accurate guest information.
- Ensure the reception and entrance areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience in a Supervisor/Manager role in Reception, Hostess, Guest Relations, or Reservations, preferably in a Beach Club, 5-star hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent English communication skills; Russian, Chinese, or French is an advantage.
- Confident, professional, friendly, energetic, and well-groomed personality.
- Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure during peak hours.
- Good knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons.
