Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to meet or exceed targets.
• Strategic Planning: Developing sales strategies, setting quotas, and creating action plans to achieve budgetary goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales data, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting results to senior management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Fostering key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving high-level customer issues.
• Operational Optimization: Identifying new business opportunities, refining sales processes, and coordinating with marketing for lead generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, with 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Beach Club / Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a Beach Club, Hospitality, F&B, or related industry will be highly preferred.
• Phuket Market Experience: Candidates with previous work experience in Phuket and a strong understanding of the local market, customer base, and business network will be given special consideration.
• Leadership: Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive performance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Sales & Business Development: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop long-term client relationships.
