Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage property listings, including data entry, updates, and status changes.

✅ Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and legally compliant.

✅ Monitor market trends to enhance property visibility and listing performance.

✅ Provide clear and precise information to the team.

✅ Collaborate with the Legal & IT teams to manage property information effectively.

✅ Maintain an organized workflow and respond promptly to inquiries.

Job Requirements
✔ Nationality: Thai

✔ Preferred: Owning a car is an advantage

✔ Experience: Must have previous experience in real estate

✔ Skills:
Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)

- Excellent knowledge of real estate listing processes and regulations

- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

- Detail-oriented with an eye for design and presentation

- Ability to coordinate effectively with the Legal & IT teams

What We Offer
- Salary: THB 28,000 - 30,000 (negotiable)

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (5 days per week)

- Annual Leave: 28 days per year

- Performance Bonus: KPI + extra incentives for achieving targets
