Sales Representative – Hotel Partnerships (Part Time)
Location: Chalong/Rawai/Kata, Phuket
Salary: Negotiated salary + commission based on ticket sales

Job Overview:
Oto Play Park is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to establish partnerships with hotels in the Chalong, Rawai, and Kata areas. The primary role is to convince hotels to sell tickets to our park, increasing visitor numbers and expanding our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit hotels in the Chalong, Rawai, and Kata areas to promote Oto Play Park.
Negotiate and establish ticket sales agreements with hotel management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff to ensure ongoing collaboration.
Provide hotels with promotional materials and sales support to drive ticket sales.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving commission-based targets.
Report progress and feedback to management regularly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the Chalong, Rawai, and Kata areas is a plus.

Basic English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Compensation:
Commission-based earnings up to 25,000 THB depending on ticket sales
