The Marketing Communications Executive supports the Marketing Communications Manager in planning, coordinating, producing and executing marketing communications across TRIBE Phuket Patong's social media channels, website, OTA listings, digital platforms and in-property collateral.

The role covers the hotel's rooms division and its F&B outlets, including Maska Indian Eatery, 3 Uncles & A Barman, and Shades Pool Bar, and works closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, F&B and Operations teams to ensure all communications are timely, accurate, engaging and aligned with TRIBE brand standards.
A key responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate graphic design requirements across the property. The position is expected to take ownership of the property's day-to-day design workflow, coordinate priorities with the Graphic Designer, manage urgent and time-sensitive design requests, and ensure all final materials are accurate, consistent and on-brand.
