1.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
2.At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, including supervisory or assistant managerial experience.
3.Good knowledge of guest room cleaning standards, public area cleanliness, and room inspection procedures.
4.Strong team management skills, including staff scheduling, manpower planning, and daily operational supervision.
5.Ability to control departmental costs and manage housekeeping supplies, cleaning chemicals, and equipment efficiently.
6.Good communication and coordination skills with other departments, such as Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.
7.Ability to handle operational issues and guest complaints related to cleanliness professionally.
8.Strong leadership, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
9.Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel operating systems. Experience with Comanche is an advantage.
10.Good command of English.
11.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
