Job Description:
-Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operation of the hotel/resort.
-Plan, create, and implement innovative and diverse menus.
-Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
-Control food and labor costs efficiently.
-Maintain food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
-Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team professionally.
