1. Experience in Food & Beverage operations, particularly restaurant service.
2. Bar operations experience will be an advantage.
3. Ability to supervise team members, maintain service standards, and oversee daily operations.
4. Knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and wastage control.
5. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction skills.
6. Good leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
7. Good command of English.
8. Experience in hotel or resort operations will be an advantage.
