Sunway Estates is a real estate development and brokerage firm with over 12 years experience of work in Thailand and presence in Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui.

In order to sustain the growth of the company we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will act as the first point of contact for all incoming leads and inquiries, engaging prospective Buyers, and assigning the Lead further to regional Sales Manager. Candidate will be onboarded, trained and supervised by Director of Sales who will help you to further refine your sales skills and techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

• CRM Lead management
• Full time coordination with Sales Team and learning of the database and new projects in Sunway Estates portfolio
• Full time engagement to ensure quick response time to every inquiry
• Grow and maintain a strong relationship with clients (Monitor and follow up the Lead until the end of sales funnel) ensuring satisfaction of all communication
• Keeping track of ongoing leads status and coordinating Sales Managers on necessary updates and follow ups
• Support of Sales Managers with project updates and expediting the sales closing as necessary
• Tracking agency agreements with the developers; tracking and expediting sales and purchase agreements, commission invoices and receipts and other relevant documents for each deal as necessary

Job duties may also include organization and coordination of marketing activities, events, administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only
• Fluency in business English (reading and writing)
• Second/Third language is a plus
• Experience in sales (preferably real estate)
• Social network management skills
• Open-minded, multicultural approach (having lived abroad is a plus)
• Passion to win, can-do attitude, enthusiasm, with a strong motivation to contribute and succeed
• Ethical, trustworthy, responsible
