We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional hostess to join our amazing Team at Nomad Beach Club. As the first point of contact for our guest, you will play a crucial role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the club's offering and events
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
Adress guest concerns or specials requests with promptness and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the host area

Qualifications :

Previous experience in similar role is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
Fluent in English and Thai, additional languages are a plus
